Job Description:

Working closely with the highly expanding IC design team, to be the core designer of standard cell design.  Complete the designing & layout , coordinate the characterization team.

·         Familiar with standard cell library content definition and circuit characterization methods.

·         Collaborate with layout team to define design standard cell architecture and complete layout optimization.

·         Familiar with library characterization flow and QA flow

·         Cooperate with circuit design engineers to complete the implementation of standard cell library design methodology and provide accurate parameter extraction.

·         Strong risk estimation and resilience.

·         Planning ability and decisions making capability is highly required.

Job Requirements:

·         MS degree or above. Major in microelectronics, physics, electronic engineering, materials, computer science, or related domains.

·         Experienced in standard cell designing or library characterization.

·         Excellent experience in using Linux/UNIX OS.

·         Familiar with the library characterization flow and experienced in EDA tool usages like Cadence/Synopsys Design tools.

·         Proactive learning and willing to take challenges.

·         Optimistic, have positive attitude, inventively and creative thinking.
