Job Description:

·         Responsible for the middle DFT design, including MBIST ,JTAG, etc.. According to different product requirements, to provide the high quality DFT architecture, improving the testability of the circuit design.

·         Simulate and verify DFT designs with EDA tools.

·         Work closely with test engineer to optimize DFT design to improve production yield.

·         Participate in the customization and knowledge accumulation of DFT-related flows

·         Collaborate with cross-department engineers to complete GDS delivery and tapeout support.

Job Requirements:

·         MS degree or above. Major in microelectronics, physics, electronic engineering, materials, computer science, or related domains.

·         Familiar with in Digital circuit design, VLSI design, testing basic knowledge.

·         Be master as Verilog/VHDL hardware languages, and good at EDA tools usages.

·         Stonge interesting in learning DFT related knowledge, keep motivation to learn new technology. 

·         Good perform at team work with good communication skill.

·         Proactive learning and willing to take challenges.

·         Optimistic, have positive attitude, inventively and creative thinking.
